Hilariously called a “car coat” on Ralph Lauren’s own website, this ulster coat has big, amazing lapels (like a peacoat or bridge coat), hits around the knee or just above, a half-belt back and envelope pockets at the hips. The fabric is 74% wool 26% polyamide, it’s very soft, and it’s warm. $800 MSRP. Made in India for Cavour Sartoria by 100 Hands. Medium spread collar. Barrel cuffs. Lots of handwork (including on the plain front placket). Medium blue reverse stripe pattern. Size 42. Eidos Light Wash "Marcus" Slub Chambray Popover, 42
Eidos Napoli sport shirt in a crazy good slub chambray 100% cotton, light wash, in a sport shirt popover with double front utility pockets. Marcus collar (unlined), which is a tall, manly wide spread collar. Eidos sport shirts were cut on the short side, which makes it look good worn with the “french tuck” if you’re into that. Or just untucked. Size 42. Roughly 16.5/35. Billy Reid Cotton-Linen Off-White Ashland 5-Pocket Pants, 34
I loved the Ashland pant from Billy Reid. One of my favorite slim-cut 5-pockets. Sadly they don’t fit. These cotton-linen pants I got but never got to wear before I grew out of them, so they have the original hem at 34 inches long. Somewhat vanity sized (see measurements). Compared to the other Ashland pants I have for sale, these have a wider knee and thigh due to the linen component. Made in Italy. 100% cotton.
