Menswear Musings Recommends this Banana Republic Wool-Nylon Turtleneck
Got it in navy, as pictured, and it’s great. I can’t stand super smooth turtlenecks (an aversion just from the badly fitting ones that were popular when I was a kid). This has a nice texture to it, and a ribbed neck, but it’s thin enough to layer. Navy appears to be sold out, but the charcoal looks promising. Once it drops to about $40 (what I paid for mine), I might be buying that as well.
